Mission-Critical Avionics And Defense Test Systems For Fortune 100 Defense Prime Contractor

Discover The Projects

Fortune 100 Defense Prime Contractor builds hardware where a missed test case can ground an aircraft or fail a mission. Test infrastructure tends to age in place, becoming harder to extend and harder to staff, while program schedules keep adding subsystems that need verification.

Good Automation engaged across 2 projects spanning embedded systems, test & measurement. Each scope was treated as production-grade work: clean architecture, structured V&V where required, and documentation the customer's own engineers could pick up and extend.

Smart grenade HIL test system Phase 1 LabVIEW

Developed the LabVIEW-based Phase 1 hardware-in-the-loop test application for the shoulder-fired smart grenade guidance and control system.

Smart grenade HIL test system Phase 2 expansion

Executed Phase 2 of the HIL test set development with expanded simulation capabilities and test coverage for the smart grenade program.

Long-Lived Deliverables

Systems designed to be sustained by the customer's own engineers for years after handoff, with no integrator lock-in and no opaque components.

Project Highlights

  • 2-project engagement covering complementary scopes under one engineering relationship.
  • Capability mix: Defense, Embedded Systems, Military, Test & Measurement.
  • Engagements run inside the customer's existing test framework and program documentation conventions, so deliveries are sustainable by their internal teams.
