We respond to every inquiry within one business day. After your message comes in, one of the principals reviews it directly — there is no triage queue or sales development rep layer. If your program is a fit, we schedule a 30-minute scoping call to understand the technical constraints, timeline, and what success looks like. We come prepared; we expect the same.
Engagements typically start with a structured scoping phase: we review existing system documentation, identify the delta between where you are and where you need to be, and produce a written scope of work before any development begins. For programs with significant regulatory exposure — FDA submissions, DO-178C, AS9100 — we identify the documentation artifacts and evidence packages required early, so they do not become schedule drivers at the end.
We take work across our core practice areas: test automation and ATE development, embedded controls and real-time software, V&V in regulated environments, machine vision and automated inspection, and data acquisition systems for harsh or safety-critical operating conditions. Industries include aerospace and defense, medical devices, oil and gas, semiconductor and RF, and industrial manufacturing. If your program touches one of these areas and the technical bar is high, it is worth a conversation.
Project structures vary. Most engagements are time-and-materials with a defined scope and regular delivery milestones. We also take fixed-bid scopes when the requirements are stable and the deliverables are well-defined — typically for bounded analysis, design review, or documentation work. Sustaining engineering arrangements (ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement on delivered systems) are available for clients with long-term programs. We do not staff augmentation; every engagement is project-based and outcome-oriented.
If you are evaluating multiple vendors, we are happy to answer technical questions directly. We do not require NDAs before a first call, but we are ready to execute one quickly if your program requires it.
