Test infrastructure delivered across avionics, military rotorcraft, defense, and satellite communication programs. Selected examples from our delivered work:
More than fifteen test projects for a single avionics components manufacturer: AMIS display validation, ARINC 429 protocol testing, cockpit switch tactile force measurement, multi-channel solid-state relay testing, panel mount display ATE, the Nexsys product validation tester, and NI TestStand sequencing standardization across multiple stations.
Consolidated avionics LRU test set that replaced five end-of-life test sets with a single monolithic system using ITAs and high-density Mac panel interconnects, plus de-icing and landing gear V&V test sets, a power inverter verification test set, and flight control computer test software updates.
Phase 1 and Phase 2 LabVIEW hardware-in-the-loop test application for the shoulder-fired smart grenade guidance and control system.
Multi-year satcom monitoring and control system, terminal software, browser software updates, and a Windows 10 OS migration of the satellite communication system software.
Software support for a fleet of helicopter rotor and body panel fatigue test sets that autonomously stress test articles over months-long durations, plus a Boeing 737 avionics subsystem torque motor test bench maintained across multi-year engagements.
Kubernetes containerized deployment strategy for aircraft subsystem applications.
We build automated test equipment for cockpit displays, indicators, switches, and avionics LRUs. Our deliveries cover digital display functionality, ARINC 429 protocol communication, cockpit switch tactile force and environmental performance, solid-state relay switching and isolation, panel mount product electrical/optical/mechanical verification, and TestStand sequencing across multiple stations. The consolidated LRU test set we designed for a military rotorcraft prime uses ITAs and high-density Mac panel interconnects in place of five end-of-life test sets.
We deliver inside customer environments across multi-year sustainment engagements: ongoing torque motor test bench maintenance and feature development for a Boeing 737 avionics subsystem refurbisher, sustaining engineering on the consolidated avionics LRU test set for a military rotorcraft prime, and portfolio-wide engineering support across an avionics OEM’s test and production stations.
We develop and deploy NI TestStand-based acceptance test procedures with standardized sequence architectures, operator interfaces, and reporting. Our work includes company-wide TestStand standardization efforts, formal V&V documentation packages, and test program sets that survive program reviews, audits, and decades of fleet service.
We build hardware-in-the-loop and verification test sets for guided munitions, flight control computers, and avionics LRUs. Examples include the LabVIEW-based Phase 1 and Phase 2 smart grenade HIL test application for a Fortune 100 defense prime, a Flight Control Computer LabVIEW test software update for a military rotorcraft prime, and Acceptance Test Procedures for the consolidated avionics LRU test set.
We design and sustain monitoring and control systems for satellite communication and defense communication platforms. For a global aerospace and defense prime we developed a satcom monitoring and control system, medium TDC software for a satellite communication terminal, ongoing browser software updates for satcom systems, and a Windows 10 OS migration of the satellite communication system software.
We support test rigs that run for long durations under tight reliability requirements: a fleet of helicopter rotor and body panel fatigue test sets that autonomously stress test articles over months-long durations, a high-pressure pneumatic torque motor test bench for Boeing 737 avionics subsystem components with Alicat flow meters and pressure controllers, and HIL test applications for guided munitions.
We build safety-critical test sets, embedded controls, and the software around them, then deliver the documentation and validation your team needs to run it, trust it, and maintain it.
Program-Focused Engagements
We join specific aircraft, sensor, RF, or mission programs where test infrastructure is blocking progress or nearing obsolescence.
Onsite Integration And Handoff
We integrate systems onsite to match customer environments, provide training, and support sustainment for long-term operation.
Modernization Without Losing Traceability
We modernize legacy equipment and software while preserving documentation, configuration control, and verification evidence.
We build to customer specifications and the standards invoked by your contract. Touchpoints from our deliveries include ARINC 429 protocol verification for commercial transport avionics, FAA-context torque motor test maintenance for a Boeing 737 component refurbisher, and customer program standards on military rotorcraft and Fortune 100 defense programs.
